Silver Comet Walking KIDS "Boot Camp" - A kids walking "Boot Camp"!  Get your kids out on the trail to get fit and have fun.  Empowerment is the name of the game!  We'll play follow the leader and have structured exercises as we go along on the trail.  A great way to work their brains and their bodies all at once!    This is a smart "boot" camp (really a "boost" camp!).  100% goes to charity.  Our goal is to raise grant money for families wanting to adopt at-risk children internationally (supporting advocacy group www.reecesrainbow.com).

This boot camp will help put an extra bounce in your step as we walk along the Silver Comet Trail. 

Why a walking boot camp? 
Two things:  (1)  This is a "Boot Camp" for those who need that little bit of motivation and discipline to get their workout going, or just to change up their routine a bit.  It's great for everyone - for the experienced fitness buff to the baby boomer beginner.  Come join us for fun, fellowhip and feeling good all over!
(2) Get personalized attention before or after with the trainer!  Get your bodyfat and circumference measurements, personalized & custom workouts for you during the week when your not at the boot camp, and nutritional recommendations.

WHEN: Through October 31st, 2009
TIME: 8:00am - 9:00am includes warm up, cool down, and stretching
WHERE:  Meet at the Shops at Silver Comet, 4624 Camp Highland Rd.  Meet at the Smyrna Bicycles bus in the front parking lot (next to the E-W connector) by 7:00am. The trail extension starts only a few feet away. 

COST:  $15.00/per "class"; 8 classes $120, 10 classes $140, 15 classes $195, 20 classes $240. 100% goes to the Child of the Month on the Reece's Rainbow website (http://www.reecesrainbow.com).
