Our trainers
perform a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment for each client. A properly administered assessment is paramount in designing your
exercise program. Your assessment is crucial to your safety and success as it is the departure point for everything that we
will do with you. The components of the assessment include:
1. Physical Activity Readiness/Health History/Exercise
attitude Questionnaires
2. Goal analysis
3. Body composition analysis (fat body and measurements taken)
4. Cardiovascular System Efficiency Analysis (blood pressure, resting heart rate, stress test)
5. Kinetic chain analysis
(gait analysis, standing posture assessment, overhead squat analysis)
6. Dietary Analysis (past and present)
