Your mobile gym has a small, elite team of female personal trainers that each have been certified through at least one of four nationally accredited and medically recognized certification programs and/or hold a degree (BS and or MS) focused on Exercise Science, Physiology or Physical Fitness.  This ensures that your program is built on a strong foundation of knowledge, experience and skill. We personally know each personal trainer, meeting monthly as a group and individually to make sure that we are keeping the values and mission for Your mobile gym and our clients.

How our Personal Training programs work:

Our trainers perform a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment for each client. A properly administered assessment is paramount in designing your exercise program. Your assessment is crucial to your safety and success as it is the departure point for everything that we will do with you. The components of the assessment include:

1. Physical Activity Readiness/Health History/Exercise attitude Questionnaires
2. Goal analysis
3. Body composition analysis (fat body and measurements taken)
4. Cardiovascular System Efficiency Analysis (blood pressure, resting heart rate, stress test)
5. Kinetic chain analysis (gait analysis, standing posture assessment, overhead squat analysis)
6. Dietary Analysis (past and present)

Based on your assessment findings, we'll design an individualized exercise program. We believe that your exercise program should be tailored to your needs, goals, and current level of performance.

Your exercise program will consist of improve muscle balance, enhance joint stability, increase flexibility, enhance control of posture and increase neuromuscular efficiency.  Your trainer will use six strategies to accomplish these goals in addition to goals you may have for weight loss, increase tone, increase cardiovascular endurance, or just help you stay in a healthy lifestyle.

If you have equipment or a home gym, our trainers will utilize them as well as bring in any equipment they might need.  So you don't have to go out and buy any equipment.  We can also work with you on what equipment to purchase for exercise that you'll do outside of your session to help make your program a complete success.
